Transparency

A Transparent SEO Firm?

When we speak with business owners about SEO, we find that almost everyone is hesitant to engage an SEO company for fear of spending a bunch of money with little to no return.  Either they’ve been burned before or they’ve heard the horror stories of outsourced SEO companies that promise the world and fail to deliver.

We understand completely.

If you were doing a room addition to your home, you would be able to monitor the work and progress daily.  You could watch as the walls were erected, see the plumbing as it’s installed, etc.

With SEO, you send your money off each month, cross your fingers and hope for the best.  Maybe you get an occasional email with a text file containing a bunch of links, but who knows what those things are for anyway right?  It’s all very scary.

At Sachs Marketing Group, we’ve come up with a way for our clients to essentially look “over our shoulders” while we work.  We create a web-based SEO workflow spreadsheet for each of our clients.  We document each and every task we complete and attach all of the supporting evidence that the work was actually done.  We also regularly upload reports showing web traffic, ranking positions and changes in page rank and authority.  Our clients have the ability to log into this system anytime they wish to see the progress on their campaigns.  This system is updated in real-time so it is always current and up to date.

Our clients never have to wonder what we are doing for them because we have given them a platform to see our work in real-time.  They can see where they started, what we are doing and where they are today.

While the majority of our competitors continue to hide behind “industry secrets,” Sachs Marketing Group uses our web-based workflow spreadsheet to allow our clients to see our processes and efforts anytime they wish!

This level of transparency is unprecedented in our industry.  We literally show our clients everything we do for them.  Our competitors would argue that by showing our processes in such detail, we run the risk of educating our clients to the point that they will no longer need us.  To which we say:  hogwash!  Our clients stay with us because we deliver results.  We have nothing to hide and no fear that we may become obsolete by over-educating our clients.
