CAMPAIGN OVERVIEW: SEO, ONLINE REPUTATION MANAGEMENT

CHALLENGE: Diamond Resorts is one of the most popular timeshare companies in the world, with over 379 vacation destinations in 35 countries and a thriving base of customers who love and enjoy their vacations year after year. With the rise of review websites, Diamond Resorts faced the difficult and unique challenge of identifying and addressing the countless reviews from around the web while providing exceptional customer service and protecting their online reputation.

OUR SOLUTION: Sachs Marketing Group worked closely with Diamond Resorts to develop a strategic plan of action to identify problematic reviews, challenge & remove inappropriate reviews, and protect the online reputation of the publicly-traded company largely based on how the company was most likely to appear before potential customers online. We have successfully generated thousands of positive reviews, forwarded legitimate concerns from customers, removed inappropriate reviews, and amplified the star-rating of Diamond Resorts on Trustpilot from 0.8 to 3.4/5 star rating.

USAF came to Sachs Marketing Group seeking increased lead volume for their Los Angeles recruiting office. We developed a Facebook/Instagram lead generation campaign that resulted in 118 leads in just one month at a cost of $10.34 per lead. Their Facebook page, which was built from the ground up, grew to 827 followers.

In addition, we designed and implemented a cohesive aesthetic for their Instagram layout in line with their brand. The Instagram account grew by 387 followers and engagement on posts increased by 131.5%.

For Six-K we designed and optimized all of their social channels, regularly posted content for events such as the Oscars, Superbowl and Met Ball and showcased the work of their individual makeup artists, costume designers and hair stylists.

The goal of the social media campaign was to increase Six K's online fan base while displaying their artists' work to a wider audience in a creative and attractive manner. The work we did resulted in thousands of new followers on each of their social profiles, as well a 2,473% increase in regular Instagram engagement.

SOCIAL MEDIA: For Paradigm Treatment Centers, we built and managed social accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn for all of their locations. Over the course of our 8-year engagement, we ran Facebook/Instagram ads including page likes, post engagements, traffic, event responses, and lead generation.

SEO: We developed their brand and created their corporate website at the onset of our partnership. We had been focused on increasing their organic visibility for 8+ years. Paradigm absolutely dominates the search engine result pages for any search terms involving the word “teen” and mental health – “Teen depression treatment” for example. As a direct result of our digital marketing efforts, Paradigm grew from one location in Malibu in 2012, to 5 locations (Malibu, San Francisco, and Texas) with a 34-bed census in 2019.

CHALLENGE: As a brand new company in the industry, how would CAU stand out against well-established flight schools, such as Embry-Riddle Aerinautical University that’s been around since 1925? CAU partnered with SMG to use SEO and social media to build brand awareness, increase site traffic, and generate leads, ultimately resulting in more students attending the university.

RESULTS: To date, the SEO campaign, coupled with the social media development efforts, have resulted in a dramatic increase in Cal Aero’s organic rankings and overall search visibility. The resulting improvement in the number of in-bound leads and student enrollment have had a consistent and positive influence on CAU’s revenue and overall ROI.

CAMPAIGN OVERVIEW: SOCIAL MEDIA DEVELOPMENT, SOCIAL MEDIA ADS, WEBSITE REDESIGN AND BUILD

SOCIAL: For 3mushrooms we built upon and optimized all of their existing social channels and regularly posted content for their VSAT technology installations, in addition to creating an aesthetic that was custom to their brand. This was done to establish them as both a knowledgeable yet personable player in the VSAT technology world. Their passion for a positive customer experience emanated from their light hearted social content. In 6 months of Facebook ads and a small ad budget, we were able to garner a reach of 204,406 people and 356,803 impressions.

WEB REDESIGN: 3mushrooms’ website was a simple one-page site with limited information on the business/services. Our redesign involved creating a new site on the WordPress platform that was fully responsive, better communicated their services, design focused on heavy animation and imagery, and a complete build of 30+ brand new pages that outlines services, benefits, locations, and features. CAMPAIGN OVERVIEW: INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE, WEBSITE REDESIGN AND BUILD

CHALLENGE: XO Baking had a website that was un-responsive, had no clear conversion, funnel, and used a 3rd party eCommerce inventory management platform. The site redesign needed to solve all of these issues and have the functionality for a two-sided retail system. Products at retail cost for customers, and products at wholesale cost for “wholesaler” customers via a portal on the site.

OUR SOLUTION: We redesigned the site from the ground up, with a heavy focus on conversion optimization, UX/UI, and a new, fresh take on the client’s branding concept. The “wholesaler portal” was created, and the client’s existing inventory management platform was able to be integrated with the new website.
