CHALLENGES

Prior to working with SMG, Mark T. Wendell Tea Company's social media pages were inactive, resulting in missed opportunities to engage with a broader audience and drive sales. This lack of activity meant that a considerable avenue for growth remained unexplored.

PROCESS

By building an influencer marketing campaign and ambassador program, we successfully expanded Mark T. Wendell Tea Company’s reach, increased brand awareness, and drove sales. We strategically utilized the collaboration feature on Instagram to tap into our influencers’ networks, allowing us to engage with a wider audience and create authentic connections with potential customers.

METRICS & RESULTS

Within one month of working together, we saw significant increases in KPIs across the board on Facebook and Instagram.

CONCLUSION

By developing an ambassador program and working with influencers, we successfully generated $10,409 in sales for Mark T. Wendell Tea Company between February 2023 and December 2023. Gross sales continued to increase throughout the campaign, with October 2023 producing the highest sales total since March 2022, demonstrating the positive impact of our strategies on the company's performance.
